A Rosy Tree

I thought I'd share my tree with you via captioned photos.

Every year it tells a story.
It contains bits of my loved ones.

I take my tree quite seriously.
I want The Monkey to grow up with the scent of fresh pine
rooted firmly in his memory.

Here you are.
2700 white lights and all the magic I could muster.

  1. Gorgeous! I love how your tree tells a story. Mine does much the same, which makes me both sappy with pride, and a bit sad at how time flies so quickly.

  2. Just beautiful! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Merry christmas beautiful lady
    magic indeed!

    love and light

  4. Thank you, Catherine and Wendy. <3

Alice, it's true. Christmas trees can be such time capsules, both in their the tangible evidence of time and in the memories they invoke. :)

    Echoes, thank you. :)

Cat, if I could hold up a mirror... Love and light right back.

  5. Your Christmas tree reflects your artistic talents and originality. Wishing you and Mason a wonderful, warm and happy Christmas.
I feel in my heart 2013 is going to be a fabulous year for you. Love, Sandy
