Pieces of Rain

When the sun cannot decide if she should shine or shy away, the heat wave breaks and the first chai of the season brews, when the animals rest as if they had never known rest, and Mazzy Star hums from the stereo...

When hydrangeas drip and windows cloud over in sympathy with the skies, when a saw and a story are my companions in an otherwise empty studio.... the world shrinks to the scope of a spotlight beneath an old chandelier, and silver puddles splash across the bench.

It rained today inside and out- a lovely downpour of moisture and muse.  Hoping you found a bit of the same hydration.

Shop update Thursday.
